Fozzy Whittaker is an elite athlete, business owner, and ESPN broadcaster and analyst.
Raised in Texas, Fozzy attended Pearland High School, where he played football and finished as a prep All-American. He ran on the track team and played football for the University of Texas, where he holds several records, including most career touchdowns, longest kickoff return, and most yards in a single game. After graduating with a B.S. in Business and Corporate Communications and an MED in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, Fozzy went on to play NFL football for the Arizona Cardinals, San Diego Chargers, Cleveland Browns, and Carolina Panthers. After playing in Super Bowl 50 and retiring from football in 2019, he became a college football analyst for ESPN. During the college football season, Fozzy travels on weekends, covering games and providing insightful commentary on the ESPN network.
In 2022, Fozzy and his wife opened a Burn Boot Camp franchise in Cedar Park, Texas. When not traveling, he manages business operations and conducts training sessions. Whether playing the role of athlete, broadcaster, analyst, or business owner, Fozzy is known for being a people person who brings positive energy, fun, and a strong work ethic to every situation. In 2015, Fozzy launched Fozzy’s Future Heroes, a charitable organization that supports youth education and athletic development. In his free time, Fozzy enjoys fishing, camping, and traveling with his wife and two kids.
