Her areas of expertise encompass wellness, meditation, yoga therapy, and motherhood, and she is a senior teacher leading retreats and teacher training programs. With a personal philosophy that links yoga practice to overall wellness, Ivorie emphasizes meeting her students’ individual needs, seeing yoga as a personal prescription for health. Looking forward, she aims to expand her impact by leading more international retreats, developing teacher training programs, and creating wellness initiatives for schools and companies.
