Michelle Adams is a multifaceted health professional, serving as an artist, yoga and acrobatics instructor, and a vegan and Ayurveda nutritionist. With over 30 years of experience in weight training, she is a passionate Mindset, Health & Fitness Coach, skilled in behavior change, nutrition, exercise physiology, fitness, Pilates, and public speaking. A graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Michelle transitioned from the corporate world to follow her passion for health and fitness. She loves teaching and continues to expand her knowledge by reading books and listening to podcasts daily. Michelle is dedicated to being a coach, friend, and biggest supporter in helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
