Actress Briana Venskus shares her recommended techniques for reading lines with another person in an audition; also known as a reader. Every audition and you have to be prepared for anything. Practicing your lines with a reader can help you get into character a little better but they can't just be anyone. Briana Venskus is an actress is best known for her roles as Agent Susan Vasquez on The CW series Supergirl (2015–2017), Beatrice on the AMC series The Walking Dead (2016–2020), and Agent Piper on the ABC series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2016–2020). She is also one of the few actors to have performed in both Marvel Studios and DC Entertainment productions; Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for Marvel and Supergirl and Wonder Woman for DC. Most recently, she has been cast in the new dark comedy series "Unconventional." Briana is originally from Wilmington, North Carolina.
