 skills you want a rope that has some
 weight to it but it&amp;#39;s light enough to
 constantly get back on the rope and

 your shoulders and your calves when you

 learn tricks and you want to get a lot
 of jump rope rounds in the licorice

 even with your jump rope on the ground

 always work some footwork patterns
 running in and out make sure then you
 lead with the opposite leg we can do
 various types of plyometrics so stuck in
 a hotel room easy way to increase the
 heart rate but when you&amp;#39;re jumping rope
 and transitioning from some of those
 ground drills if you don&amp;#39;t know how to
 jump rope it&amp;#39;s okay to start with just a
 single hop two feet at a time then as
 you increase the speed of your hands
 which control the rope you can increase
 the tempo or timing of the rope if you
 want to transition to learning a boxer
 shuffle you want to go to one foot at a
 time then learn how to drop the foot
 over time you increase the speed from
 the hands and then the feet will start
 to catch up to it
