 GM Collins lip plumping complex it&amp;#39;s
 basically like a moisturizer for your
 skin it does give you a little bit of
 plump but what I love is the hydration
 that I get from it I basically just
 apply it underneath any type of lip
 gloss or lipstick that I might be using
 I use it just throughout the day and I
