 Omega 3 6 &amp;amp; 9 the typical average person
 does not need that you don&amp;#39;t need to get
 the 6 &amp;amp; 9 through a supplement because
 you have so much of it in your diet

 right out of these little things here

 with them so I can bring couple sheets I
 don&amp;#39;t have to bring the whole box with
 me I usually give my older kids two at a
 time because each one has 300 milligrams
 as I said you can really take so much of
 it and you&amp;#39;ll be absolutely fine there
 won&amp;#39;t be any kind of issues so more is
 better I think it helps so much the skin
 in general especially in the winter time
 dry skin I feel like anyone who&amp;#39;s got
 any kind of itchy dry skin if I feel
 like I&amp;#39;m having that I definitely just
 kind of double dose on my omega-3 I
 would take two in the morning two in the
 evening and the same thing with my kids
