 I love these crackers because as someone
 who is gluten-free I actually really
 like crackers and I like to munch on
 crackers but a lot of the gluten-free
 crackers have fillers in them so they
 may have just kind of rice flour corn
 flour potato starch all these different
 things that you don&amp;#39;t really need to be
 including in your diet I&amp;#39;m not a huge
 fan of just you know kind of eating nuts
 so what I like about this is that you&amp;#39;re
 actually getting the almonds but they&amp;#39;re
 in a cracker and this one is almonds and
 seeds some sunflower seeds and flax
 seeds in them really great high in iron
 sunflower seeds are also awesome for you
 and you&amp;#39;re getting a lot of fiber two
 grants of fiber for this I mean there&amp;#39;s
 not that many crackers in there but
 there&amp;#39;s a lot of a lot of fiber for this
 much and then also protein and fat so
 those are the three things that are
 gonna really keep you full when you&amp;#39;re
 on the go I love that this product
 specifically only has about eight
 ingredients in it all of them I know and
 all of them I could buy separately at
 the store and that&amp;#39;s something that you
 really want to think about when you&amp;#39;re
 buying snacks is that you may think
 they&amp;#39;re okay but you really have to look
 at the ingredients if you can&amp;#39;t name it
 if the ingredient list is really long
 and you have no idea what these things
 are most likely it&amp;#39;s not good for your
 body so that&amp;#39;s why I really like this
 one and it&amp;#39;s also soy free vegan corn
 free paleo friendly and completely green
