 this one is 87% dark which is a little
 bit high for me I usually tell people to
 go 70 percent or above especially if
 you&amp;#39;re like me and you kind of like a
 milky or texture 70 percent is really
 the way to go but also this is excellent
 this chocolate is so good because it&amp;#39;s
 stone ground so it actually is minimally
 processed and has a little bit of a
 gritty taste to it so it kind of gives
 you feels like a little bit more than
 just chocolate a really great fact about
 dark chocolate in general high quality
