 I like this one because it&amp;#39;s cold milled
 it&amp;#39;s organic and I like to actually buy
 my flax seeds already ground because
 you&amp;#39;re a busy mom you kind of feed to
 move things together really quickly put
 it all together I just sprinkle it on
 and nobody even knows that it&amp;#39;s there
 and you&amp;#39;re giving a little extra omega-3
 boost to all your kids and some extra
 fiber too it&amp;#39;s nice so I use it in
 smoothies I can throw it on top of a
 salad really easily I even sometimes
 kind of put it in a soup because you mix
 in it it doesn&amp;#39;t taste like anything
 I really recommend starting by one
 tablespoon so just put one tablespoon
 into your smoothie try and work it up to
 a little bit more of course you can just
 kind of have a scoop of it on your own
 it really doesn&amp;#39;t taste like anything at
 all it&amp;#39;s just like a nice light nutty
 taste and I also like in this one
 specifically because it comes in the
 dark bag on the inside you can also tell
 that it&amp;#39;s dark it&amp;#39;s kind of opaque
 that&amp;#39;s a really really good way to keep
 it stable on your shelf so we you know
 when you&amp;#39;re getting it it&amp;#39;s already
 completely fresh and then it has a nice
 little ziploc on top too so you&amp;#39;re
