 so Kevin a Quan is a very notorious

 line so what this eye shadow is it&amp;#39;s
 almost like a powder shimmer within with

 so I love this because like most
 shimmers when you put them on your eyes
 they will fall quite a bit this one
 stays very well put it&amp;#39;s very light and
 you can also even if it does fall
 because of the shade it&amp;#39;s great to blend
 in as a highlighter right on your upper
 cheekbone so as you do you just roll it
 and the powder comes right out you can
 get it thick like that where you&amp;#39;re kind
 of going back and forth or if you want
 just a kind of easier shadow look just
 do one quick line and then I&amp;#39;ll use my
 finger and just nicely blend it in a
 little bit you can pat it it gives just
 a nice fresh shimmer look where it&amp;#39;s
 kind of that no makeup makeup look I
 also love getting it really close to the
 inside of my eye right here I&amp;#39;m going to
 go ahead and take some what it does is
 it brings the focus and the attention
 really to the front of your eye it also
