if you want to do some heavy-duty work
 lift some weights I mean obviously you
 can go to the gym and get some other
 type of grips but this is really great
 if you&amp;#39;re gonna be like rope climbing or
 if you&amp;#39;re trying to train yourself a
 rope binding before you to Don your
 actual hands this is also really great
 just for like heavy duty style stuff I
 think the last time I use these is when
 I was teaching somebody how to do like
 this scarecrow thing during Halloween
 and they had like the things on their
 knees and their sliding fighting
 scarecrows so this helped I put some
 metal things on the ends of this to
 create a spark so these were really cool
 because these are like heavy-duty clubs
 you can find them at like Home Depot
 Lowe&amp;#39;s those type of places or others
 but they&amp;#39;re great heavy-duty super
 comfortable they fit just right and they
 allow you to pick up heavy stuff without
 filling the grip gun pressure on your
 actual hand so I really like these and I
 highly recommend even if you&amp;#39;re not
 doing stunts or action you know you&amp;#39;re
 just doing some stuff around the house
 and lifting up heavy things why not
 protect your hand you want to protect
 your hands by all means necessary so
 picking up a pair of gloves probably
 cost you less than $20 would be great
