 there are a lot of lavenders out there
 but I have found that I really loved the
 way that this one smells drink shows a
 lot of energy and a lot of a lot going
 on so it&amp;#39;s nice to just kind of reassess
 and wind down after shows I love using
 it then I also love using it before bed
 and it&amp;#39;s really nice to help promote
 restful sleep all listen the bottom of
 my feet give yourself a nice little foot
 massage put on some socks if you want
