 instantly I want something that&amp;#39;s gonna
 build up as I&amp;#39;m going throughout my
 training session and my performance
 pre-workout it&amp;#39;s the best thing going
 for me right now I&amp;#39;ve tried several some
 I did like some I didn&amp;#39;t write this is
 by far the one I&amp;#39;ve been with the
 longest again it&amp;#39;s the blue ice flavor I
 like to do I think it&amp;#39;s not too sweet
 take it like a shot put in my shaker cup
 just a little bit of warming before
 ounces of water not down it and I&amp;#39;m
 ready to go I would recommend for a
 person just starting to take pre-workout
 to only take maybe a quarter of a school
 just to see how your body responds to it
 from there you can go up to a half and
 then working with up to a full scoop if
 necessary
