so I do not like eating things out of
 cans when I go to the grocery store I&amp;#39;m
 shopping on the perimeter of the grocery

 things like that on the outside and not
 so much in the aisles but when I do go
 in the aisles
 I need my essentials like my grains
 cooking oils spices but also beans I
 love adding beans to soups and getting
 creative in the kitchen with them
 because of their high protein and one of
 the products that I found is Green
 Valley and because they&amp;#39;re in a bag and
 usually when you obviously go to the
 grocery store you see a lot of things in
 cans and what happens when you eat
 things out of cans they&amp;#39;re aluminum and
 they have heavy metals and them that
 then seep into your food and the longer
 they sit on the shelf life the more
 things are getting under your food
 products and then they go in your system
 and it&amp;#39;s not good but I love this
 product because it comes in a bag and
 they&amp;#39;re precooked and they are in a
 liquid so once you peel it open just
 strain them and they&amp;#39;re ready to go
 ready to eat super simple and an awesome
 organic healthy non GMO product
