so I mentioned before that I recently
 got into running because my dad is a
 huge runner and he runs an amazing
 marathon back home in Virginia every
 year so my sisters and I joined him on
 this run and he took me to a running
 store to try on shoes and what they do
 when you in these stores is look at your
 foot and your arch and where your
 pressure points are because it&amp;#39;s crucial
 for your comfort during running but also
 if you continue to run you don&amp;#39;t want to
 have shoes that are going to cause
 damage to your bone and you cartilage as
 well so you want to have some
 comfortable shoes that help with all of
 that and I found a product after trying
 10 pairs of shoes on I am picky about
 how things look and a lot of the shoes I
 didn&amp;#39;t love the look at of them because
 they were really thick on the bottom and
 just weren&amp;#39;t that cute but I found this
 great brand buy on it&amp;#39;s a Swedish
 company and there&amp;#39;s a super light really
 comfortable and I have a really high
 arch so these are great for people with
 a high arch and a little bit of support
 not too much but that was what worked
 for my foot that they found but this is
 a beautiful shoe that worked great for
 my marathon and you can also transition
 not only running with these shoes but
 also wear them in the gym when you go to
 work out lifting weights whatever it is
 so this is a great product that I highly
