 stretch it a little bit and then place
 it wherever you need it to end and then
 rub it to the skin and it&amp;#39;ll adhere to
 your skin and give a little bit of
 strength and stability a lot of times I
 like to do this around my knees I&amp;#39;ll
 even cut it to where it&amp;#39;ll have a V and
 I can start here and then wrap around my
 kneecap to give a little bit of a lift
 and a nice stabilization for my patella
 10 and all these sort of little things
 going on here because I do a lot of
 jumping a lot of kicks a lot of swivels
 on this knee area so I like to just give
 a lot a nice little support there and
 sometimes on set when we&amp;#39;re stunt
 doubling we&amp;#39;ll be wearing an outfit
 where we can&amp;#39;t have a knee sleeve we
 can&amp;#39;t have anything big and bulky so you
 just take a little bit of tape I give it
 they even come in flesh color you know
 different different tones you can
 actually put it against your skin it&amp;#39;s
 super small and no one will see it while
 you&amp;#39;re on set doubling someone but it&amp;#39;ll
 still have that support that you need
 while you&amp;#39;re training or falling or
 taking a stunt or a wreck anywhere so I
