 jump rope by survival cross mainly
 because it comes in a very long size and
 you can size it to you which is very
 important when jumping rope and it has a
 really easy way of sizing it some of the
 other ones are a little tricky and it&amp;#39;s
 not it&amp;#39;s not very exciting to do
 literally all you do is you unscrew one
 side you pull this cord out as long as
 you need to make it for your own body
 you clip it put the end back on to
 protect yourself tighten it down and
 voila and it doesn&amp;#39;t it doesn&amp;#39;t fly off
 it stays solid it stays secure and and
 very very easy to use so I love
 particularly this type of jump rope for
 myself plus it&amp;#39;s super lightweight and
 it can also go right in a bag super
 small not a lot of room taking up boom
