 organic black chia seeds I got picked
 them up from Amazon you know not only
 does it give you a good source of
 omega-3s but it gives a nice little
 crunch to any meal that you put them in
 and whether it&amp;#39;s your oatmeal and a
 smoothie anything you want you know it&amp;#39;s
 a really versatile food to go with a
 versatile oat but yeah the crunch is
 amazing and then the added benefit of
 the omega-3s and it was the level I
 always put chia seeds in it for sure
 I think my weirdest combination is I put
 like almond butter peanut butter
 celery ones I&amp;#39;ll put like vegetables in
 my oatmeal and that&amp;#39;s when people think
 I look like what are you doing
 and I&amp;#39;m like look vegetables are good
 for you oats are good for you and I
 promise you it&amp;#39;s it&amp;#39;s not as bad as you
 think it actually is pretty good to put
 celery peanut butter almond butter
 oatmeal and chia seeds try
