Fozzy Whittaker is an elite athlete, business owner, and ESPN broadcaster and analyst. 

Raised in Texas, Fozzy attended Pearland High School, where he played football and finished as a prep All-American. He ran on the track team and played football for the University of Texas, where he holds several records, including most career touchdowns, longest kickoff return, and most yards in a single game. After graduating with a B.S. in Business and Corporate Communications and an MED in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, Fozzy went on to play NFL football for the Arizona Cardinals, San Diego Chargers, Cleveland Browns, and Carolina Panthers.  of one of my trainers in Austin he&amp;#39;s a
 chiropractor and he suggested I use this
 thing it&amp;#39;s the power dot it is excellent
 and amazing product so this thing for
 portability this is my go-to for
 electric stem it gives me an opportunity
 to stay very light and very mobile so
 here you have the base module right here
 everything that it connects to it is by
 a magnet on the back and you can kind of
 see it there you just turn this button
 on you hold it down for about 3 seconds
 to light or turn white you&amp;#39;ll connect it
 to your phone as this works over
 Bluetooth so you don&amp;#39;t have to worry
 about any other buttons or anything of
 that nature and it also keeps this very
 sleek and slim and the weight on it it
 is super light so how you work this
 thing is you take these these connector
 pieces here
 and you will plug it in to the side here
 to get a full connection and then take
 your pads here and you connect each one
 of the pads onto the magnet piece here
 and like I said it&amp;#39;s just magnet so
 literally just clips on like that and
 same thing with that one and I didn&amp;#39;t
 take it off but you kind of get the
 picture and then you&amp;#39;ll used to matter
 of fact I&amp;#39;ll show you place it on any
 part of your body that you kind of want
 to focus on
 since my arm is exposed focus on the
 form here and place this right on the
 inside there and then I get one of the
 bigger pads place on top here and then
 this also is just a blue I mean a magnet
 that connects right on and boom I turn
 this puppy on and here
 powers on connect to my phone by way of
 the power dot app and then go into my
 settings it will say discovering device
 once it discovers it and you can click
 on whatever workout settings that you
 want to do they have a lot so here you
 can see shows your active recovery
 setting it also shows your extended
 recovery as a massage setting as a warm
 up activation setting it gives you a
 light recovery setting it gives you an
 opportunity to really do kind of
 whatever you&amp;#39;re looking for so for here
 I love to use this most for warm up
 after you click on one of your workout
 so since I&amp;#39;m doing warm up now it&amp;#39;ll
 give you opportunity to place the pads
 wherever you want and so I could say
 quad your lower back form your wrists
 hamstrings you click on whatever
 particular area that you&amp;#39;re trying to
 work on I&amp;#39;m on my forms now so I&amp;#39;m gonna
 click start workout I want to sit loads
 up you have your plus and your minus
 sign up top and then you can change
 that&amp;#39;s how you change the intensity
 level of how hard you want your muscles
 to contract so there you go you can take
 a look at my arm and you will start
 seeing see so that&amp;#39;s actually there&amp;#39;s a
 stimulation causing my hand to shake and
 vibrate and then what it does with a
 warm-up mode it has a series that goes
 on and then it goes off for a certain
 amount of time so it&amp;#39;s teaching your
 muscles to wake up to get ready to move
 and fast paced and then shut down for a
 little bit then move again
 now move again which should give you the
 opportunity to warm up your muscles get
 the blood flowing and then before you
 start oh that&amp;#39;s a big contraction there
 you see so if it feels very weird if
 you&amp;#39;ve never done electrical stimulation
 and your muscles are in your body so it
 feels very weird at first
 so don&amp;#39;t go super high on the intensity
 level whenever you&amp;#39;re first starting
 that you can kind of feel what&amp;#39;s going
 on and kind of feel what it&amp;#39;s supposed
 to feel like so this thing is my new
 favorite gadget that I love to take on
 the go so you can see and you just push
 stop turn off this by just holding it
 down and put your pads back on to your
 pad holder pretty much once you start
 losing the stickiness on your pads you
 can always go online and place an order
 for a replacement pads which is a lot
 better than actually replacing the
 entire system so this thing right here
 does everything I asked of it to do and
 more so portability electrics down my
 body warm up active recovery whatever
 you want to use it for it has basically
 endless potential so power dot great
