Chicago-born Aaron Duncan was first introduced to yoga when he tore his Achilles tendon in his teens. Although he was reluctant at first, he fell in love with the practice and started exploring it earnestly. By incorporating his hip-hop roots into the practice, he made it uniquely his own catching the attention of yogis looking for something a little different.
