Chicago-born Aaron Duncan was first introduced to yoga when he tore his Achilles tendon in his teens. Although he was reluctant at first, he fell in love with the practice and started exploring it earnestly. By incorporating his hip-hop roots into the practice, he made it uniquely his own catching the attention of yogis looking for something a little different. Since then he has taught yoga full-time in studios, prisons, and schools. He continues his journey with the hope to make yoga a more accessible practice to youth in the southside of Chicago.
