 and different choreography and we have
 to film and present it to a director a
 producer then this actually looks like
 armor we can put it on our knee our
 elbows wear black shirts and then it
 looks like it&amp;#39;s part of the armor that
 could be part of a costume so we love
 that but then also if you look from the
 side it&amp;#39;s low profile and so what we
 need to do is hide the pads underneath
 clothing and sometimes we&amp;#39;re just
 wearing shirts or regular pants and we
 don&amp;#39;t want to see the pads stick through
 these are not just for beginners this is
 for high level performers and athletes
 from BMX biking to motocross and all
 general sports then these are the ones
 that I recommend they&amp;#39;re easy you can
 get them anywhere online you can get
 them fast and this would be the go-to
