 ultimate muscle protein and cookies and
 cream and I love this protein because it
 mixes really well so when you put it in
 your shaker cup it doesn&amp;#39;t have clumps
 of protein where you&amp;#39;re trying to like
 choke it down it just goes down really
 smoothly and the other thing I love
 about this is it&amp;#39;s 80/20 so 80% casein
 and 20% way ratio so it actually fills
 me up I don&amp;#39;t feel as hungry if I just
 have this as a snack some protein that I
 take it kind of floats my stomach but
 this one I found it definitely does it
 and the last thing is it tastes really
 good which is my favorite part as you
 can see the consistency is pretty thin
 it&amp;#39;s not like a thick protein and I just
 use one scoop in my shaker and they
 actually just mix it with water that&amp;#39;s
 how good it tastes and just go down easy
 I take it at breakfast and I take it
