this is one of my favorite items to have
 you know at the gym specifically
 sometimes I like to work out and just
 really not talk to anybody and you know
 it&amp;#39;s just all about getting a healthy
 workout clearing my mind and that&amp;#39;s what

 really nice it&amp;#39;s a nice pastel and it&amp;#39;s
 Nike SB brand on the back here you it is
 adjustable as well so I just take this
 little metal clip and you can adjust it
 as you would like and one of my favorite
 you know small details about this hat is
 that you don&amp;#39;t have this part sticking
 out unlike others there is you know like
 a little pocket and once you find the
 right adjustment for yourself you can
 just feed the fabric through and then
 clip it so it&amp;#39;s nice and secure and it
 also has a machine washable and I
 recommend washing your hats you know a
 lot of people don&amp;#39;t but I do recommend
 it because you know it keeps it fabric
 really nice and sturdy just the way a
 sports hat should be
