 now if you have your traditional cookie
 sheet which is great or baking sheet
 this is for anything but here&amp;#39;s where it

 with some polls it&amp;#39;s perforated so you
 can use this for steaming and how you
 would do that is you would put let&amp;#39;s say
 broccoli florets right on top and then
 fill this cake pan half way up with
 water slide it into the toaster up and
 get the water pot or use boiling water
 and then place this perforated pan full
 of broccoli right on top and let it
 steam in the oven and it&amp;#39;s really great
 because the water steam will come
 through these holes and will make
 perfectly delicious al dente crunchy
 broccoli super healthy and super good
