right here we have my vibe massage gun I
 have had pretty bad rotator cuff issues
 throughout my career so actually got
 this because I believe my wife got
 really annoyed and tired of me asking
 her after games and after training days
 to try to really give me a deep massage
 on my shoulders it beats all other
 competitors as far as price goes it is a
 little noisy but so are some of the
 competitors I typically use the deep
 tissue massage point on my shoulders to
 really get in there and loosen up my
 shoulders and loosen up my rear delts
 and rotator cuff issues that I&amp;#39;ve had
 I&amp;#39;ve actually also used it for plantar
 fasciitis and I used it on the bottom of
 my foot where my tendon is to increase
 blood flow and really try to
 rehabilitate that area and get it to
 heal faster it&amp;#39;s not gonna heal you
 magically but it&amp;#39;s going to increase
 blood flow in whatever problem areas
 that you may have the batteries last
 amazingly long I believe I&amp;#39;ve used one
 battery for 3-4 days of use before
 having to switch over to the other one
 and the size of the actual pack itself
 fits perfectly into any gym bag or rugby
 bag that I take with me to use it&amp;#39;s
 actually fairly easy you pick one of
 these settings it screws on just like
 all the other massage guns what I do
 like about the vibe is there is actual
 control settings on the speed of the
 massage anywhere from 1 to 10 and then
 there&amp;#39;s three different place settings
 so for any types of angles that you want
 to get if you have a hard to reach area
 on your legs or your shoulders or your
 arms you can adjust accordingly and hit
 those areas battery super easy to slide
 in goes right in again it is a little
 noisy but for what I paid for it it&amp;#39;s
