 trash talker for a reason I like super
 lightweight mouth guards I don&amp;#39;t like
 anything big bulky and the sport of
 rugby communication is key we&amp;#39;re talking
 we&amp;#39;re yelling we&amp;#39;re communicating with
 our teammates non-stop if I have
 something big and bulky in my mouth it
 makes that difficult I used to have a
 mouth card that was large and I was
 noticing every time I had to communicate
 or talk with the teammate I was having
 to take my mouth guard out say what I
 needed to say and put it back in and
 that&amp;#39;s a hassle I don&amp;#39;t want to have to
 do that while I&amp;#39;m going 100 miles per
 hour on the field this is super
 lightweight it&amp;#39;s super fitting and I can
 talk I can communicate I can breathe
 very easily on the field this is my go
 through as far as mouth guards I would
 say anybody that plays the sport of
 rugby or any contact sport that do not
 like wearing mouth guards because of the
 reasons I just stated I would highly
 suggest going and trying a shot doctor
 trash talk mouth guard they are amazing
 so as you can see I can talk I can
 communicate I can breathe in breathe out
 and you can hear what I&amp;#39;m saying as
 before I was having to take my mouth
 guard out and put it back in and again
