 mantra and this helps you in that 20
 minutes just to go to a place that you
 basically transcend and get to for me a
 creative place and this is something
 that David is adamant David Lynch is
 adamant about that he has come up with
 so much more creativity in his life with
 his art but his painting the movies that
 he has produced written and directed
 this all has really helped him and one
 more thing I want to really say is that
 through the inner kitchen city kids they
 did something actually in Chicago where
 they went to inner-city kids high
 schools where it&amp;#39;s rough than some kids
 are living and coming from projects
 wherever they&amp;#39;re oaken homes and this is
 a place for them to be calm I think I
 actually even call it calm one thing
 about it that I love is that the powers
