this is a band buy fit simplify and I
 love these bands because when you get
 them they come in packages of several
 different ones so there&amp;#39;s different
 resistance this one is extra heavy but
 they come in packs from extra small all
 the way to extra heavy so you can use
 whatever you need for the different
 types of workouts that you&amp;#39;re doing if I
 can put it around my ankles or around my
 thighs and even use it for my arms for
 upper body or lower body resistance the
 other thing I love about these is the
 cost they&amp;#39;re super affordable but you
 can do so many different exercises with
 these so this is a really great find
