 actually for as low profile as it is you
 see the thickness of it it exact I have
 no problem you know putting this on the
 ground and dropping straight to my knees
 with no other protection on the pad
 because this will actually absorb all
 that impact there are other companies
 out there that will make gels that are
 kind of form-fit they&amp;#39;re very expensive
 they&amp;#39;re all right this is actually an
 expensive piece they make it in
 different sizes and shapes and to date
 it&amp;#39;s been the best one that I&amp;#39;ve ever
 tested I mean I really have put these
 things through Helen back and I&amp;#39;ve had
 this piece for a long time and it&amp;#39;s
 still here still doing its job holding
 up keeping me safe so I can go back and
