 my big stunt bag I have a fullback I
 even have a chest guard but this for
 grab-and-go is great because one of the
 most important parts of your body as you
 know is the spine all of our nerves run
 down through that you don&amp;#39;t want
 anything to happen to your spine as
 you&amp;#39;re landing on your back or even as
 you&amp;#39;re moving you know it gets exposed
 and it can get hit very easily and last
 thing you want is any kind of spinal
 injury this is does a great job if
 you&amp;#39;re gonna fall back onto a table if
 you&amp;#39;re gonna fall onto the ground
 this really offers a lot of protection
 plus it&amp;#39;s very flexible so if you&amp;#39;re
 wearing this under your wardrobe it&amp;#39;s
 harder to notice and it just gives you
 an immense amount of protection what&amp;#39;s
 also great is it&amp;#39;s not just a back pad I
 can have it low I can put it up high I
 can have it on my side I can bring it
 around on my chest so if you have an
 actor that&amp;#39;s going to kick you in the
 chest and the camera angle just happens
 to have it where we&amp;#39;re seeing that
 impact now you can either ya just kick
 me in the chest but if you&amp;#39;re gonna do
 that 20 times then that one time where
 you want to toughen up and just do it
 look yeah think about the longevity of
 it you do that 20 times then you do that
 you know for an entire week straight
 that&amp;#39;s a lot of wear and tear a break
 down on your body regardless 20 years
 from now I would still like to feel good
 and be able to you know pick up my niece
 and nephew and hug my wife without me

 especially in this career because you
 are putting yourself in harm&amp;#39;s way

 the show defenders the big one er fight
 scene I&amp;#39;m fighting daredevil who at the
 time was the stunt double Chris Brewster
 jump turn side kick blast me into the
 chest throws me back into a pillar
 we broke the pillar got a huge impact
 Chris does not hit lightly he is an
 amazing martial artist he&amp;#39;s an
 incredible stunt guy but we were going
 for that impact for the throw because
 there was no wires or anything to
 motivate me it was just he and I working
 it out between each other having this on
 there allowed him to get the traction on
 my chest and to push off of each other
 and then we could do it 10 more times
 because that&amp;#39;s what we ended up having
