this is the Burt&amp;#39;s Bees hand Sal this is
 a very old tin they look much prettier
 than this when you first get this but
 I&amp;#39;ve had this forever I use it all the
 time it is
 pretty greasy when you first put it on
 what I like to do is do all of my care
 for my calluses and then I&amp;#39;ll take this
 and I&amp;#39;ll get a lot of it on my hands and
 I&amp;#39;ll just kind of sit there and like
 massage my wrist and kind of massage
 down the forearm with weight lifting and
 with rowing forearms are always tight so
 it&amp;#39;s a nice little break helps your
 hands relax as well and it&amp;#39;s one of the
 only things that I&amp;#39;ve found that I can
 leave on overnight and I wake up the
 next morning and everything is nice and
 soft but not so soft that you know
 you&amp;#39;re gonna have to reform all the
 calluses again it doesn&amp;#39;t have a very
 strong smell it is a little bit
 medicinal maybe a little minty my dog
 does not like it but it&amp;#39;s great for your
 hands
