these are my wrist straps these are
 pretty basic they&amp;#39;re basically just kind
 of a cloth with a little string on the
 end for me I just like having a little
 something a little tension on the wrist
 especially when I&amp;#39;m doing jerks and
 cleans I don&amp;#39;t really use them for front
 squats or anything like that I don&amp;#39;t
 have a lot of problem with the wrists
 flexing in that direction but these just
 helped me feel like I have a little bit
 of extra support pretty straightforward
 I like to put it about here but you just
 get it to a point where it&amp;#39;ll hold and
 then I just kind of fold it over itself
 I try to make sure that I get it more up
 towards my hand as opposed to lower and
 then I wrap the string around tuck it
 underneath here like that so these
 strength wrap wrist wraps are really
 good to help you feel supported and any
 of your lips during training
