 are the Nike Ram Alejo twos I got these
 about four years ago now before that I
 was using just a basic kind of like
 cross-training type shoe and these make
 a huge difference they have the
 completely flat hard sole and you pretty
 much noticed a difference right away as
 soon as you put them on you feel like
 you have a solid connection to the
 ground snatch clean and jerk back squat
 all of it just feels better I have worn
 mine into the ground and a lot of people
 have these shoes and they last forever I
 don&amp;#39;t know what I did to mine but
 they&amp;#39;re like falling apart they did
 discontinued this particular shoe if
 anyone if you come across a pair of the
 Nike Ramallah a twos and they&amp;#39;re in a
 women&amp;#39;s size 7 / men&amp;#39;s five and a half
 and you want to shoot in my way that
 would be great but if you find them for
 yourself that&amp;#39;s also great they&amp;#39;re great
 pair of shoes super reliable I&amp;#39;ve done
 every competition in them and I love
