so these are my lifting straps these are
 average bros lifting they are handmade
 straps some people really like a leather
 strap I think it&amp;#39;s personal preference
 what kind of material you like for me I
 just need something that is easy simple
 I don&amp;#39;t really have any fancy opinions
 when it comes to lifting straps just
 hold them on like this get the on your
 wrist and I like to roll this onto the
 bar put my hand over it and then use my
 hand to kind of tighten it up a little
 bit around the bar I use these all the
 time if I&amp;#39;m doing deadlifts or any sort
 of pull from the floor I&amp;#39;ll use it for
 snatches as well if my hands are getting
 really tired if I&amp;#39;m doing like a ton of
 reps and sets and your hands are really
 starting to hurt I&amp;#39;ll use them there I
 will never use them in cleans because I
 feel like they&amp;#39;re gonna snap my wrists
 off but any other lifts that were coming
 off of the floor or that&amp;#39;s gonna really
 irritate your hands I&amp;#39;ll use these to
 kind of help me out there
