 ever since she gave me this book it has
 been my dating Bible so when I met my
 current partner I right away told him
 that he needs to get this book and read
 it so that we&amp;#39;re on the same page
 basically what this book does is tells
 you how to be more of a well balanced
 human within yourself giving yourself
 all the self-love that you need so that
 you can show up in a relationship and be
 fully whole and it is about dating but
 it&amp;#39;s more about how to love yourself so
 that you can be the best partner for
 somebody else I&amp;#39;ve read this book quite
 a few times as you can see I&amp;#39;ve
 highlighted it put tabs into it and it&amp;#39;s
 a little weathered because I bring it
 with me on all my trips I&amp;#39;m not much of
 a cover to cover read a book kind of
 girl so I like to skim through and
 highlight the pieces that really stood
 out to me and I like to use those as
 inspiration for my yoga classes as
 themes this is a great book if you get
 into a new relationship maybe reading it
 for yourself or if you&amp;#39;re looking for
 love maybe start here because it is
