one of my favorite toys to add into my
 yoga practice is my yoga canes these are
 really great for hand standing and
 forearm balances
 why I really like them is because these
 save my wrist so instead of being on the
 ground and so much pressure on your
 wrists you&amp;#39;re actually grabbing and
 gripping the block and you&amp;#39;re able to
 use that to your advantage
 oftentimes I like to use these for
 stretching as well so if you&amp;#39;re beginner
 maybe just keeping it at that level of
 stretching these are for more of an
 advanced practice for someone who knows
 what they&amp;#39;re doing and has control over
 their body and has that awareness most
 people usually think oh no I&amp;#39;m not doing
 a handstand on those even though they
 have a strong handstand on the ground
 it&amp;#39;s actually easier to use these than
 it is to be on the ground you have an
 actual grip to where you&amp;#39;re using your
 whole hand when you&amp;#39;re on the ground
 doing handstands you mostly use your
 fingertips and your wrists which can be
 a lot more pressure on your wrists using
 these helped my practice because I had
 to have more engagement in my core
 muscles to help stabilize to stay up
 there and also it really helped with my
 joint stacking so when you&amp;#39;re in a
 handstand you want to have your joints
 aligned and these really helped me get
 there these are really fun because when
 you get upside down you&amp;#39;re elevated off
 the ground and it&amp;#39;s really exhilarating
 with yoga canes there&amp;#39;s different sizes
 depending on how much of a challenge you
 want to add into your practice these
 ones are relatively low compared to some
 other ones I quite enjoy these because I
 like to practice my transitions with my
 arm balances on top of also hand
 standing
