so this is my essential oil blend it&amp;#39;s
 just a lavender there&amp;#39;s only maybe like
 five drops of lavender here on the rest
 of its just water so it&amp;#39;s super super
 simple but what I love about it is it&amp;#39;s
 a mist so you just spray it and most of
 the time before I&amp;#39;ll teach y&amp;#39;all to give
 it a couple spritz I&amp;#39;ll walk through a
 couple times a cool thing I think that
 lavender can do for you is calm you down
 and ground you a lot of times there can
 be maybe 40 50 people in a class and
 just talking in front of that many
 people can be a little nerve-wracking so
 I&amp;#39;ll spray it before I teach just to
 ground myself down calm myself down so I
 can walk in and teach a really calm and
 energizing class I know a lot of people
 just in general friends of mine
 acquaintances of mine that suffer
 through anxieties or just some feelings
 of maybe anxiousness that come up
 throughout the day and I would totally
 recommend lavender it might not be as
 strong as a prescription or a medication
 that you take but for me it doesn&amp;#39;t have
 to reach those extremes I can just
 spritz on a couple of grounding cents
 and then I can allow myself to take a
 couple with deeper breaths and then I
 feel a little bit less anxious as I go
 about my day
