this is one of my yoga mats that I use
 this is map by Manduca it&amp;#39;s called the
 Manduca pro so a couple things I have
 tried a ton of different yoga mats
 because when you&amp;#39;re doing yoga that&amp;#39;s
 like the primary thing that you&amp;#39;re on
 that you&amp;#39;re looking towards and you
 don&amp;#39;t want that thing to make you feel
 uncomfortable sometimes you&amp;#39;re really
 sweaty your mat can get really slippery
 or sometimes your mat comes out and like
 little pieces at the end and you just
 don&amp;#39;t wanna have to worry about that
 so this mat with the yogi toes towel is
 what I use for heated yoga when I first
 started yoga I tried to get everything
 that cheap as possible so my first mat
 ever was a really cheap target mat very
 very very thin which it does the job so
 if you have that and you don&amp;#39;t do you
 put yoga that often that&amp;#39;s what you want
 to use it&amp;#39;s not a bad thing but I knew
 for me as frequent as I was doing yoga
 I wanted to invest in the better
 products that made me feel more
 comfortable when I&amp;#39;m on my mat so I can
 really just think about my practice and
 not have to worry about any of the extra
 things I tried a couple different target
 mats and then I asked around to friends
 and they recommended this to me this mat
 is a little bit heavier but it&amp;#39;s also
 really really solid consistency so with
 the towel on top it doesn&amp;#39;t move around
 it has like a nice little cushion to it
 so when I&amp;#39;m doing poses on my knees my
 knee joints are really safe I feel
 comfortable but it&amp;#39;s also really really
 durable which I think if you invest in
 hot yoga or you do hot yoga a lot you&amp;#39;ll
 notice that the heat kind of rips up
 either your clothes your mat your towel
 things like that so I bought this hoping
 that I would never have to buy another
 hot yoga mat again and so far so good
 I&amp;#39;ve had this for about three years and
 it looks as good as new
 it really looks no different from when I
 bought it and what&amp;#39;s cool about Manduca
 too is they have a lifetime warranty so
 if it does get a rip or it&amp;#39;s hair I can
 send it in and they&amp;#39;ll send me a new one
 but honestly so far I haven&amp;#39;t
 experienced any damages or anything

 that&amp;#39;s check out the two-tone the blue
 and the grey but I&amp;#39;ve owned this mat for
 six years I&amp;#39;ve been practicing for 11 I
 like to call this it&amp;#39;s like the Cadillac
 of mats you know there&amp;#39;s a lifetime
 warranty on it that it shouldn&amp;#39;t rip it
 shouldn&amp;#39;t tear I&amp;#39;m able to spray it down
 wipe it down let it air out to get rid
 of the sweatiness any phone any aroma
 from it it&amp;#39;s heavy so it&amp;#39;s really good
 on most yoga studios as hardwood floors
 or really concrete floor so it&amp;#39;s really
 good support for my knees you know
 playing sports growing up is really bad
 on the knees and so let&amp;#39;s just give the
 good support for that you know a lot of
 mats are thin and they don&amp;#39;t support you
 when you&amp;#39;re on your knees and different
 things like that so I really enjoy this
