Daniella is the creator of Plant-Based Made Easy, a series of live cooking and nutrition lessons with a 12-issue cookbook companion. She is a popular and inspiring influencer, educator, and industry leader on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. 

Daniella graduated from The French Culinary Institute and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is an honor graduate from DePaul University.  because I am getting plastic out of my
 kitchen and I really believe that you
 should too
 it&amp;#39;s wonderful to have silicone products
 not only because they&amp;#39;re pretty and
 they&amp;#39;re antibacterial meaning things
 don&amp;#39;t stick to them they are not porous
 but most importantly in the kitchen they
 are heat resistant you can actually use
 these in heat resistant temperatures up
 to 400 degrees without these melting at
 all so it makes for local coiling great
 it also makes for anything like flipping
 pancakes
 these are wonderful because it will not
 melt I love using the spatula though
 this is my favorite piece of the nine
 piece set this is not a hard spatula the
 edges are soft and can move meaning you
 can actually rotate it around the bowl
 and pull out all of the ingredients that
 you&amp;#39;re mixing or folding it&amp;#39;s a
 beautiful piece here this is my favorite
 spatula so these are dishwasher safe but
 because the handles are made of wood
 I recommend actually just wash and dry
 it as soon as you&amp;#39;re done it&amp;#39;s really
 easy to wash these up all of the sauce
 or whatever foods that are on the
 utensil
 will just fall right off they&amp;#39;re really
 soft and smooth they&amp;#39;re really great for
 cooking this is the L over nine piece
