 room and then teaching multiple classes
 a day can have an effect on your skin
 after a while it has these really kind
 of cool gentle exfoliating beads inside
 of it it&amp;#39;s not too harsh like sometimes

 beads are really harsh and you&amp;#39;re like

 cool is that you have these beads inside
 and you just only need a little bit here
 and you rub it in and you rub it in your
 face for maybe about a minute or so or a
 little less than a minute I really love
 doing and then you might been off and it
 feels really nice and it has some hobo
 beads in it which is a really gentle oil
 and then an air gana active complex in
 there as well so I use it right after I
 work out and it doesn&amp;#39;t have too much of
 a fragrance to it which again is really
