Niki Kleinberger was born and raised in New Orleans, LA, and moved to Chicago in July 2018. A dancer her entire life, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from Tulane University. In 2015, she began competing in the National Physique Committee’s Bikini Division, which has lead to three seasons of competitions and more in the future. Niki started teaching in 2016 with one studio which quickly led to an additional two others, in formats like Cycle, Barre, HIIT, cardio kickboxing TRX, Versaclimber, and of course, the Megaformer.

so during competition prep season I have
 to cut out almost everything so having a
 sweet tooth and being very restricted on
 what foods I&amp;#39;m able to eat things like
 Waterloo soda water has helped me
 tremendously it&amp;#39;s light on flavor so
 it&amp;#39;s not big massive flavor in your face
 they also offer so many different
 flavors so for me I&amp;#39;ll buy an entire box
 of the lime because it tastes like a
 little sprite but anytime I head to the
 grocery and they have them I&amp;#39;ll grab
 like two or three other flavors single
 cans just to mix things up so some of my
 other flavors are strawberry and they
 have black cherry the watermelon they
 have grapefruits
 they have grape so so many different
 options and so so tasty so I highly
 highly recommend I mean even if you&amp;#39;re
 not in consistent prep it&amp;#39;s such a good
 alternative to any beverage and there&amp;#39;s
 nothing in it too so it&amp;#39;s zeros all the
 way down on the nutrition is also sodium
 free and artificial flavored free as
