Niki Kleinberger was born and raised in New Orleans, LA, and moved to Chicago in July 2018. A dancer her entire life, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from Tulane University. In 2015, she began competing in the National Physique Committee’s Bikini Division, which has lead to three seasons of competitions and more in the future.  night before I go to bed you can take
 one or two it helps aid in sleep in
 muscle recovery relaxes higher
 hyperactive nervous system it has things
 like chamomile and valerian root
 magnesium just a little bit of melatonin
 nothing crazy not a lot of it and I wake
 up in the morning and I&amp;#39;m not groggy I
 feel well rested my body feels like it
 has recovered and they&amp;#39;re not massive
 pills which is really nice for someone
 who like can&amp;#39;t swallow a really big pill
 so it&amp;#39;s a little-bitty good size it&amp;#39;s
 the same size for the hair skin and
 nails as well and for me I&amp;#39;m gonna type
 of person where like my nails or get
 really brittle and my hair takes forever
 to grow and when I started using that
 supplement as well my hair started
 growing my nail started growing my skin
 got a lot smoother
 so both products I highly highly
 recommend trying both of them at the
