 little humor when you have your bar cool

 mean it&amp;#39;s just something that can like
 curb your appetite if you needed to you
 can have a pre-workout you can have
 after your workout it&amp;#39;s just nice to
 have around it&amp;#39;s quick if you need some
 protein in you and a 12 grams of protein
 I mean it&amp;#39;s something that I go to it&amp;#39;s
 easy it&amp;#39;s a nice little snack but when I
 haven&amp;#39;t gone on a long day or things
 like that I use this because it just
 curved that appetite it&amp;#39;s kind of one of
 those things that you can have in the
 fridge or you can keep it on the counter
 it doesn&amp;#39;t matter it does have egg
 whites in it so you don&amp;#39;t want to keep
 it on the counter for days at a time
 basically it comes in all different
 flavors I think there&amp;#39;s a chocolate
 blueberry things like that this is my
 favorite I love the peanut butter flavor
 these are pretty chewy notice how I can
 bend it it is a little bit longer to
 chew but it&amp;#39;s worth it because it makes
