 warm-up and for recovery and honestly
 just for improving mobility so this is
 not gonna take the place of proper
 warm-up but it is great for kind of
 digging some of the muscles getting them
 to relax a little bit like I&amp;#39;m trying to
 do squats for instance but I just did
 chest yesterday I&amp;#39;m a little tight it&amp;#39;s
 gonna be hard to get under the bar you
 can use it to loosen that chest up later
 just standing there again this is
 another thing that I like to keep when I
 travel as well my lower back starts
 hurting and I need to loosen up some
 muscles in my glutes or my hamstrings or
 anything all I gotta do is pull this out
