 this is a great supplement for immune
 support so those of you are like in that
 beginning stage with cold we&amp;#39;re just
 like getting a little sniff Li a little
 coffee little sore throat this is my
 go-to for my patients right here what&amp;#39;s
 great about bio veg is that it has some
 of the immune boosting vitamins that we
 need like vitamin A and vitamin C and
 vitamin b6 and zinc you know it gets
 sick you reach for these things we reach
 there&amp;#39;s so many different bottles
 wouldn&amp;#39;t be great if you have a product
 with all that in it this is the one that
 I love using for that now what makes
 this product stand out is the botanical
 component of it so it&amp;#39;s got echinacea
 and kama 4 or mirror you may have heard
 it is that ginger cayenne pepper garlic
 Barbary Oregon grape or Mahoney a
 grapefruit seed extract and
 bioflavonoids and two types of echinacea
 so I really love this product because
 it&amp;#39;s very very very potent in the
 botanical portion of it this is not a
 substitution for if you&amp;#39;re in the throes
 of a major fever or feeling like the flu
 and it&amp;#39;s just like oh my god this is the
 end of the world if you&amp;#39;re in the
 beginning stages of a cold or a flu and
 trying to boost your immune system and
 maybe avoid that trip to the doctor or
 also maybe support the other treatments
 that you are getting from the doctor
 this is a product that be great for that
 this is not a product I would recommend
 my patients take every day because it is
 very potent very high concentration and
 some of the vitamins in there right so
 again vitamin A is great but you don&amp;#39;t
 want too much vitamin A some of these
 herbs that are in here get too much of
 them maybe you might get a little
 stomach upset a little GI upset so doing
 this while you&amp;#39;re sick for a few days is
 great but I would not recommend doing
 this every single day would not give
 this product to anyone who is pregnant
 because it may stimulate uterine
 contractions and cause a miscarriage so
 happy very cautious everything about
 taking this if you&amp;#39;re pregnant not not
 just cautious don&amp;#39;t take it
 you
