 actually use my finger when I apply it
 and I just press it onto the eyelid this

 it in you can get a lot more pigment you
 can see this but it&amp;#39;s blingtastic I love
 it so I put this all over the lid or you
 can just put a teeny bit of it if you
 want a little less sparkle in the center
