 i love to use this uh for my back
 particularly up and along
 and in parallel with with my spine kind
 of gives you
 these grooves to really dig in there dig
 those knots out after a hard
 uh you know boxing session or a
 weightlifting session whatever it is you
 got tightness
 all the way up and down that spine uh
 specifically on a day where you know
 i wake up or i&amp;#39;m feeling super tight and
 like especially in between the delts
 in between your shoulders or lower back
 uh these little trigger points are going
 to get in there
 and really relieve and give that
 pressure that fascia the relief that it
 needs
 if you have a tight back tight spine
 it&amp;#39;s going to kind of really prevent you
 from being able to do too much so you

 if i&amp;#39;ve got that tight back and i feel
 like i don&amp;#39;t have too much mobility
 through my spine i&amp;#39;m just super achy and

 couple different densities all different
 colors

 density one the most painful but also
