 most of us have
 sinus issues especially in the summer
 especially in the spring especially in
 the winter pretty much all year round it
 doesn&amp;#39;t matter what time of year
 i have done the neti pots i&amp;#39;ve done
 the candles i&amp;#39;ve done every possible
 version of
 shoving things in my brain to try and
 get my sinuses to clear but none of them
 have worked until i got this guy it
 looks
 kind of foreign maybe like a little
 alien spaceship type situation
 but basically what this does is it takes
 a neti pot and it puts it on steroids
 so you fill this top part with water use
 these little salt
 pods which you do need to use the actual
 brand salt pods you put it in here
 this is motorized in the center part so
 it sucks down the water from the fill
 tank
 it actually shoots it into your nose and
 then sucks it out the other side
 then the best part about this is that
 you just go like this you just flip it
 put it back in other side anything that
 kind of got like
 lost in there while you&amp;#39;re doing the one
 side you flip it
 get it the second time around it&amp;#39;s also
 super super easy to take apart so
 the important thing about these and
 especially when you&amp;#39;re putting anything
 into your
 sinus cavity is germs and what i love
 about this is that it&amp;#39;s very very easy
 to sterilize all these parts pop off
 this little part comes here clean that
 on its own this little thing pops off on
 its own
 clean that out this is where the little
 salt pod goes right here
 it also has the battery so you don&amp;#39;t
 want to get it wet but then you pop this
 off here
 all of these can be cleaned individually
 it&amp;#39;s really really important if you&amp;#39;re
 putting anything up there and i cannot
 stress this enough if you&amp;#39;re putting
 anything up your nose or in your ears
 please use clean water don&amp;#39;t use tap
 water
 don&amp;#39;t use bottled water you need to boil
 your water you need to make it sterile
 you need to make it as like basic
 as possible and then shove it up your
 nose so i&amp;#39;ve been using this now
 for about two years pretty consistently
 when i&amp;#39;m in those crunches and when i
 really need to work and if i need to
 actually use my full voice and if i&amp;#39;m
 just not feeling great
 i will use this probably once in the
 morning go out have my day
 come back expel everything out in the
 evening go to sleep and usually
 one one little run of this guy will keep
 me good for about two or three days if
 i&amp;#39;m feeling really congested
 but otherwise you know i just use it
 when i&amp;#39;m super super dire or when i know
 i&amp;#39;ve been somewhere that&amp;#39;s a little icky
